Morgan also received early recognition for her idiosyncratic sound and songwriting craft from renowned local artists Kavisha Mazzella, David Bridie, Monica Weightman and Kutcha Edwards. The 2005 release of Morgan's solo EP 'Little Blues Singer' led to her performing at numerous festivals around Australia, recognition at the Jaxter Artists Awards as well as solid airplay on Triple R, ABC National, 3CR, SYN FM and Planet Radio, Brisbane.
